I just did my first cook on the 2 star. St. Louis ribs. I tried out the smoke mode for 30 mins and then 220... lots of smoke! Might be worth a try for a steak if you want that smoky flavor.

In my California (SF bay area) quite a few small ones that shook things. I felt the NJ one as well down in Philly area. I wasn't sure what it was at first as I never expected one on the East Coast.

Linda and I hope to have some similar planters done (by her brother) soon. Neither of us can tolerate the bending required to attend to ground-level plantings.

I found a bag of 8oz burgers in my garage freezer and made them this week on my Weber since none of my pellet grills work right now. [ Invalid Attachment ]

I went to a concert in Philly last night and stopped by John's Roast Pork this morning before heading home. They open at 10am. I was there at 10:30am and there were about 15 people there in line or eating. Some people ordered 5+ sandwiches to go.I thought it was one of the better steak sandwiches that I have had. They usually rank in the top 5 of every rankings of Philly places that I have read. This was my first time there. They are only open 10-5 Tue-Sat. [ Invalid Attachment ]
