Bentley, steak is cooked perfect, at least to how I like. Curious how you cooked it and got grill marks. Cast iron grilling skillet, barbecue, or other?  I am with you on the steak and eggs!  I would much rather have sausage or bacon.

Just received the shipping info.  Unit will be here on Wednesday.  Will probably rename this thread and use it for comments and questions and start a new locked thread for the Performance Test!

Both my mother and the mother of my 5 children have long passed. However, I appreciated them both and truly miss celebrating Mother's Day with them.

So often we take for granted so many things, this is a reminder of just how much.
