  • I found this site after going to look for older notes I had posted on Pelletheads.  I use a Traeger for most things, and sometimes just a plain old Weber kettle.  Look forward to continuing to learn and share info with fellow Pellet Fans!

    I'm putting a whole brisket on the Traeger late tonight for dinner tomorrow.
