I'm glad it is the larger one.  I am interested in seeing the capacity.  I am a bit concerned that this Performance Test is going to cost me a few thousand dollars.  Much like it did on the other site

The last failure bothered me, so I thought I would give it a go with a few revisions!  I will have to save a little of the filling or make more to kind of doctor up the split for the one I plan to take to the meeting next Monday!  This out come was more what I had in mind when I made the 1st one! Might try and get gusty and dig out top section and pipe it too.  Was hoping for that circular look.   I am just paranoid that there is no way I get them back together again without the top breaking!

1st sunny day tomorrow in a week.  Will get yard work done, then drizzle for next 3 days, so should have time to really get going on it over the weekend!

Bentley, steak is cooked perfect, at least to how I like. Curious how you cooked it and got grill marks. Cast iron grilling skillet, barbecue, or other?  I am with you on the steak and eggs!  I would much rather have sausage or bacon.

Just received the shipping info.  Unit will be here on Wednesday.  Will probably rename this thread and use it for comments and questions and start a new locked thread for the Performance Test!
