  • One of the BBQ places we like to go, does Salmon on Fridays, last weekend was their last week for the year, I usually pick up a chunk or two if they have any left over when we go. She gave me a piece, said it is the tail portion. I made some salmon salad along with some toasted pumpernickel tomato and lettuce. made for a good mid morning breakfast.
