-2/ Dec 2/17,Trooper posted, "I've been a little quiet Lately".

-3/ Now it is my turn: Dec 8/17, I suffered a "TIA" or mini stroke. Lost sight in my lefty for two days followed by two days of kaleidoscope vision. My vision has returned to pre TIA form.  From the onset,I had a mild ongoing headache that persists..I've gone

thru testing and have more to go. All in all I  feel, "not too bad" as my Scottish  uncle would say.

Hopefully there will be no more stories like this for some time.

A Very Merry Christmas to all..

  • There's a bright side and a dark side to almost everything. The dark side: you had a mini-stroke. The bright side: it was not a major one. Get well soon.

  • So let's end this run at three. That's enough.

Just about all healing seems to progress at a very slow pace. But it happens, bit by bit.
Hang in there CJ, and know that there are many on this forum that are praying for a complete recovery.

  • My Stepdad had I believe the same thing. Though he lost the vision in one eye, there were no other complications. This was about 10 years ago, and he'll be 99 or 100 years old come February. Still as mobile and ornery as ever.

    Best wishes for you John.
