The sliced beef and juice are frozen in a container.  Thaw, put in a pan on medium for a few minutes to get the meet warm, put in a roll and eat.  Weight of container contents is 2.25#.  It says it makes approximately 5 sandwiches.  It made 2 for me.

These rolls are better than store bought Amoroso as long as you use them right away.  They don't stay fresh long.

They all look great, but I agree with Bentley, the one from Victory Brewing looks best.
