Title: Selling 2016 GMG Daniel Boone?
Post by: reubenray on July 25, 2022, 11:47:54 AM
After using my new SmokinBrothers PP36 alone for nine months I am ready to sell the DB.  I have a Traeger Junior as a standby just in case.

Any idea what to ask for it?  I added a rotisserie and replaced the control board and one of the fans about two years ago.  I also have a cover for it.

Generally, a used pit in good condition goes for ~ 1/2 the current resale value.

Time of the year, curb appeal, watching start-up & operate, you deliver, plus the surrounding area all can influence one's decision to purchase. As always, be prepared to be beat down on the price..

Thanks I was leaning toward $200, so I may ask $250.

When I put something in CraigsList I list right in the add -->  PRICE IS FIRM - CASH ONLY.
Then there are no questions.
Have not had anyone try get lower doing that way.

If you want $200 just say so up front.
