GMG ledge louder than old DB

My new ledge works fine and has smoked some really good food but it is or was just so much louder than my old DB. Today I was in the store where I purchased the grill and I mentioned that my Ledge just seemed to be louder than my old DB, I had a video of it on my phone and played it for him and he said it definitley shouldn't be that loud and that the fan was bad. He gave me a new fan and said they would take care of the warranty....also they would replace the fan for me if I wanted to bring the grill back. You cant beat that for service. I replaced the fan and cant believe the difference. I didnt want to be labeled a hater so I was afraid to mention it but glad I did in the store where I purchased.....so if you think something is not right...you are probably right. I love my grill again!
