I did but they were rather quick.

I use an IR gun and for the oven lowest setting I got about 450F near flame, and about 375F on far side.
On high it was about 880F near flame and about 780F on far right.  Inside top was about 960F.
I would think a half door for the right side would help even out the temps.
Not sure what that would do to the shell though, as there is not a lot of insulation  in it.

Outside is fairly hot.
