Where's your home base and what have you been cooking on?

A while back, Kristin posted this thread (https://pelletfan.com/index.php?topic=3366.msg40563#msg40563) to help people tell us about their preferences.  Just copy the questions into a new thread and insert your answers.  Then some of us will be willing to make a recommendation that we think is, as you wrote, the best cooker for your needs.
