Custom front shelf
« on: June 05, 2020, 12:42:27 PM »

I wanted a front shelf but I don't like the wired oem GMG front shelf.  I got the folding brackets thanks to clonesmoker.  The cost was about 40.00 but if you have shelf material at home the cost is about 20.00.  I used the folding brackets and red oak.

The GMG front shelf makes a great folding second shelf on the inside of your pit.  That's what I did with mine since I didn't like it on the outside.

That is one good looking piece of wood with a lot of work put into it. Looks almost too nice to use as a pit shelf...Those shelves are very handy. Just wish I could fit one to my Memphis.
