Shot my first deer and need advice on how to cook it

The hunt was last night and I bagged one deer in my neighbors yard now I need advice on how to prepare it

Oh, I see you got one of the real rare finds!  Don't know a lot about the process, but I understand you must take the lights off before you do anything else. :pig:

Looks like it might be kinda tough.  I suggest a very large pressure cooker to tenderize it.

And the beauty is that that after you strap it to the hood of your truck, it's a very short drive home.
