Pork butt on the rotisserie with two racks of ribs underneath already to come off.

Thank you it was good.  It was the first time that I cooked two different cuts of meat together.  The challenge for me was smoking meats that required different cooking times to get done at the same time for Christmas dinner.  When I put the ribs under the rotisserie I unknowingly created a second meat stall in the pork butt.  The ribs were so close to the rotisserie that they were cooling off the butt as they cooked releasing moisture.
