Title: 32 degrees
Post by: Chashub on January 06, 2018, 05:28:23 PM
I did a couple of cooks on the GS over the holidays. Both times the temps were around zero. GS did very well. Took awhile to get to temp, but once there it was great. My question is, when I started the GS, both times it said it was 32 degrees, when it was indeed much colder. Problem or not?
Thanks'
Charlie

My RecTec is the same.  I'm guessing it's not an issue.  I think it's just the lowest temp it will display.
