Title: Sour Cream/Blueberry Bundt w/Blueberry Cream Cheese Topping

3 cups AP Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Butter
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups Blueberries
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 Veg Oil
1 pkg Cream Cheese
Appx 1/4 cup half n half
Appx 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Mix flour, BP, soda & salt, set aside.  Cream sugar, vanilla, and butter. Add the eggs one at a time.  Start to mix in flour, sour cream and oil and mayo.  Mix intill all is incorporated, scrape sides and bottom and mix 10 seconds more.  Dust one cup of the Blueberries with flout.  Fold well into mixture and pour into your oiled Bundt pan. 

Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°F.  Check with wood skewer to see if done.

Topping.  Blend cream cheese, blueberries and powdered sugar, along with enough halfn half to achieve the consistency you like.  Spread, pipe, or dollop on to the top and inside ring of bundt.

That looks like something I'd eat.  I'm going to triple the frosting recipe and frost the whole thing when I make it.
