Title: Ribs
Post by: Kpeters73 on January 29, 2018, 12:07:47 PM
Had my DB Wi-Fi for a month now, finally had a day to do ribs.  I've been smoking for 6 years now, and these were the best looking rack I've done to date.  Followed 3-2-1 (with the Jonny Trigg foil method) and they came out perfect!

Need a new flavor profile though, anyone have a sweet-heat recomendation?

For sweet try peach preserves in the wrap. Heat- Tobasco.

Will try that, hadn't thought of preserves/jams.

My go to sweet heat is Sweet Baby Rays spicy with some jam (I like raspberry), but have used grape jelly as well. Nice touch, and not too hot.
