Title: Finally got to do something low n slow

Picked up a pack of the preseasoned spare ribs from Costco. Let these ride at 225 for 5 hours until they passed the bend test.

That pit is pretty clean inside, the ribs look good,great color.

It's got about 6 cooks under its belt, it'll get there.
