Title: Asian Pork Tenderloin
Post by: Canadian John on February 06, 2018, 09:36:46 AM

I saw this in the paper. Looked good so we tried it. Haven't had pork Loin in ages.

 -The Coating Mixture:
 -2 T hoisin sauce.
 -2 T ketchup.
 -2 T  soy sauce.
-1 t hot Asian chili sauce.
 -1 1/2 t grated fresh ginger
 -2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

Combine all ingredients and spread over pork.

Smoked @ 220º for an hour, then 400º for ~ 20 min. until done @ just under 160º. Rest ~ 10 min, slice and serve..A different and enjoyable taste with lots of juice.

Note: I folded the thin end over itself so the loin had an even thickness for done temperature uniformity.
