Title: Got to use my new toy today!
Post by: ArborAgent on February 18, 2018, 07:55:23 PM: I saw these cambro units at Restaurant Depot and picked it up on a whim. Iâ€™m using it to hold pork butt until dinner time. Itâ€™s heavy duty foam and fits a hotel pan.

I like how light it is compared to my cooler. I also like that the hotel pan comes out for easy cleaning.

Not sure how durable it is but the price was good and Iâ€™m not too worried about it.

Yup, last time I went to RD, they gave me a real pass. No more day passes. I can just scan and walk in.
