Title: BBQ Chicken Thighs
Post by: goosta on April 03, 2018, 04:42:34 PM
My new favorite quick dinner is BBQ boneless chicken thighs. I set the temp to 375 and let it heat up. What it is preheating, I put some dry rub on the thighs (used Daddy B's Chicken Rub this time). Throw them on the grill and turn every 5 minutes. Takes about 15-20 minutes to cook them to temp. For the last 5 minutes, I coat them in BBQ sauce (this was Sweet Baby Rays sauce).

Those thighs look great but that pizza is to die for.
what do you use for your sauce on the BBQ Chicken pizza? The same Sweet Baby Rays that you used on the thighs?
Thank you.
