I am cooking the beans today (the sweet Boston Baked that Bentley dislikes).  I am starting by cooking a pound of bacon on the Memphis Pro because everything is better with bacon!

Bacon done and added to beans.  Onion sauteed and added to beans, along with a few other things.  Back on the Pro at 220 uncovered for several hours.  I will go out every few hours and stir.  Hopefully get a little smoke in them.

I like baked beans, I also put ground beef on mine, or if I have left over ribs, pulled pork or brisket. Good way to get rid of my left-overs
