And precision, Trooper. Accuracy of ingredient amounts is far more critical as compared to "Cue". That's probably why a lot of cue masters don't bake or like to bake. It requires more intensity and attention to detail I think. Barbecue is more relaxed and forgiving, generally speaking. It's a social experience in great part.
