Picked up some shrimp at Costco on the way home today. I marinade in a combination of orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil and a packet of McCormick’s Mohita Lime.

Crank up the Pro to 500 and let them run about 4 minutes per side.

Another good looking plate of food, you should add it to the PelletFan Picture thread  too!

This one is bookmarked.  We should have shrimp more often.

I wish I could make a plate of food look that great.  We have the same dishes I think and all of mine are mediocre at best, which is why I seldom post pics.  Another fantastic job!

I like the cross racks you're using for the shrimp.. No Teflon/fiberglass to worry about..The pics - excellent!

I love it cooked, chilled and served with home made cocktail sauce with heavy horseradish.  Otherwise deep fried!

We should have shrimp more often.

One of my favorite foods (usually 1-2 times a week) but since I discovered sous vide, I do not prepare them any other way.  :2cents:
