Title: Costco Prime Briskets
Post by: JoeGrilling on September 15, 2017, 02:26:59 AM: Stopped by my local NorCal Costco this evening and it looks like it's prime brisket season. I paid $3.99/lb a few weeks ago. They are $2.99/lb now. Time to hold a brisket party.

Ah, that was my goto store when I was working in Dublin. Now I'm in Alameda so I shop at the San Leandro Costco. I'll stop by today and see if they have them again.

Post by: Greg1 on September 15, 2017, 05:37:29 PM: Prime was 2.99 in Indy today as well only had 3 in the case and I wasn't overly impressed with the looks of any of the three. Will check them out again next week, time to start stocking up for the holiday season.

Choice strip steak $6.99/lb, which is about as low as I've ever seen it at this Costco
