Disclaimer: I've collected this recipe, but have never made it. I've heard really good reports about it and from reading it, it makes my mouth water...so it must be good!
1/2 cup Dukes Mayo
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1/8 cup Pickle Relish
1/8 cup of chopped pickled jalapeño slices
1.5 tsp vinegar/pickling liquid from the jalapeños
2 Tsp Hot Sauce (I used Valentina's)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
It'll probably be a bit loose when you initially mix it, but if you'll throw a cover on the bowl and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours, it's perfect.

I just served up a platter of brats and burgers with this sauce recipe and man everyone is tearing it up! This is really good stuff, we'll be having it around regularly from now on thanks for posting it.

Looks like a good recipe.
Do you know if the pickle relish is sweet or dill?
I'm guessing dill.
Thanks

I made it with sweet relish and liked it. It's different than any other condiment.

Thanks, I will try it with the sweet relish.
