Title: Brugers and Brats fof lunch
Post by: 02ebz06 on September 30, 2020, 04:01:37 PM
Started with the staple, bacon.
Made some homemade sandwich bread and Cuban rolls. 1st time for each.
Need some improvement on the Cuban rolls though...

Looks awesome, did you make the dough for both the bread and the Cuban rolls? Both look fantastic.

Yes made both.
Sandwich loaf came out great, but the Cuban rolls were a bit disappointing.
Made the rolls just as a test to find something I like for making Cuban Sandwiches.
Need to work on it some more.

I have had that or something similar before. Good stuff...
Usually have several jars of mustard around, just like hot sauces.
For some reason, only have the two in the fridge, this one and some Grey Poupon.
Guess I need to get a couple on the shopping list.   :)

Inglehoffer makes a mustard that looks like the seeded one you had in the pic.  I think it is stone ground.
