Welcome from Northern Michigan, good to have you here! I'm hoping you might be willing to share a few tips and recipe hints for some authentic Texas BBQ!! I have only been to Texas once, but I sure ate well when I was there.

My niece lives near Glen Rose. They just had over 6 inches of the white stuff. They say it is already receding rapidly.

Howdy from South Central Texas.  We got rain out of the system that went through the other day and no snow, which is fine with me.  It was still plenty cold.
