Hey, guys. I was on the previous site, and am looking forward to remaining a member of this great community. I'm a native Californian, but I'm pretty sure my stomach is from Texas, or at least somewhere in the southern US. I've had a Memphis Pro, my first pellet cooker, since the summer of 2016, and I love it. I discovered brisket through this site! I can't tell you how happy I am to be here. Thank you, Bentley, for continuing the great work you and Larry started, together.

Welcome from Idaho, yet another happy Memphis Pro owner (since 2010).  Actually on my second one.  First was 2010 painted model (dealers demo model) sold it cause I got a deal on a demo model 2011 Stainless with flame zone.  Welcome aboard!
