          Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1      cup   Butter (unsalted)
1-1/2  cup   Flour
1/2    cup   Crushed potato chips (plain)
1/2    cup   Sugar
1/2    cup   Chopped nuts (pecans, peanuts, or walnuts)
1/2    tsp   Vanilla

Directions:
Mix all together
Bake 15-20 min in 350 degree oven
When cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar
