Make Peach Cobbler and Peach Ice Cream of course.

Can not tell you last time I had a cobbler of any flavor and fresh peaches are great to have for in one.

Last year I bought a lot of freestone peaches online from Dickey farms in GA. They have a much better flavor than those grown in the west. I also bought Mammoth pecans, peach chutney, and peach BBQ sauce from them. All were excellent, only thing left are frozen peaches. I'll thaw some and give the cobbler a shot.

A very nice looking peach cobbler and like Bentley said a classic.   Unfortunately I have not seen many peaches this year and I live right on the line with Delaware which was ad is known for their peaches.

I thought that I read somewhere that there may not be many peaches in the mid Atlantic region this year due to the lack of rain in the Spring.

We don't get a lot of rain here being high desert, but do have irrigation for them.
Last year the tree was loaded with small peaches before we bought it.
This spring I did a lot of trimming on the Peach, Apple, and Pear trees.
Peaches are really big this year,
