Minnesota state fair time!! New foods for this year!
Kinda diggin the Minne Cookie Dough Pie myself!

Hard choices as i went down through them. The Cheese Curd stuffed pizza pretzel was the first thing, then I saw the Dill  Pickle Cheese Curd taco and then the Lobster Fries and finally the Walleye Fritter puffs.

 For sweets the Bee Sting Sundae or the Cheesecake curds.

I would be all about those Cheesecake Curds -- and, I think, the new vendor selling Amish donuts.

I will take the Al Tacos Baba, Waffle Dog, Fried Butternut Squash Ravioli, Galabao, Holey Hamloaf, Big Dill Pickle Lemonade, any donut & Wow Fudge!

I am still wondering what Hot Dish is, I guess off to the inteweb to search. I have never heard of it.
