 I've been grilling all of my adult life and smoking for about 30 years. Yes, I'm old. I started with an El Cheapo Brinkman then upgraded to a WSM.

About six months ago I got my first pellet grill/smoker. It's a Green Mountain Grill Daniel Boone. In fact I've got a brisket on it right now.
