Title: Glad to find you

Was on PH forum, mostly a lurker, but enjoyed it. Hadn't been there much the last 8 months. Tried to fire up my CS570 today and no auger working. So that's when I realized PH was gone and found out many people I am familiar with are here.

FYI - called the Danson people and will post here on resolution to my problem.

Welcome to the forum & good luck on your auger problem, make sure it is not an auger jam or shear pin.

I am assuming it's electrical as the motor makes a pretty specific sound and assume it would try and make the sound of jammed, but also definetly make the sound if shear pin.  I might try and turn in manually though, good point
