I have a DB WiFi grill and I really like it. However, when I stop using P2P and connect it to my home network I often can't find the grill, sometimes mid cook. Does anyone know how to assign an IP address to the grill?
Thanks,
Jon

you need to assign it at the router. Hopefully this doesn't break rules. https://web.archive.org/web/20170627051317/http://pelletheads.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=b0bb5fecba90ca584ac604782971cfcb&topic=38844.0
edit. But I will say it will still happen even with the above. If it means that much to you, learn how to power off the grill and power it back on without going through the startup. Off the top of my read I cannot remember how to do it.

Thanks! I was wondering how to find the MAC address for my GMG, and found your post. Thanks for locating the cached link back to the old site. Merry Christmas, and thanks for the help!
