Must be something "wrong" with your Memphis.  Pellet grills don't smoke like that.  LOL

Looked so good I pulled into Outback for dinner last night.  I know it is not near the same but I did get to have a NY strip steak, mushrooms, loaded baked potato, green beans, and a wedge salad.  Might be my favorite meal (not my favorite place to eat it but it was on my route).
