  • Coming along Nicely. Pit temp drop is because sausage just added.
    Rocking along pretty steady at 250 set point. Zone 3 will be at 275 or very close just as desired.

  • Well, as happens when you have 20 at your house things get a little busy so I go no final pics or sliced pics. but the string continues, it was awesome. Christmas morning I put on Rib Eyes to smoke up to 115 and then they went for a Sear. 1 hr 50 minutes at 200. Also turned out awesome. Again even with 8 I didn’t get pics. Got to get more help!
