Tried my first whole Turkey on the rec tec the other day. We had a church dinner, and I figured it would be a good trial run for Thanksgiving.
I did a 14-hour brine in a kosher salt, bourbon & maple syrup brine, followed by a 4-hour cook at 350 on the Rec Tec. It was a hit! Very moist meat, tasty crisp skin. Definitely doing it again for Thanksgiving. Here are some pics.

Nice job on the bird. I can never get my skin crispy on chicken or turkey. Maybe I need to try it at 350. My last cook was done at 300.
