Pork Tenderloin
« on: November 18, 2017, 09:20:23 PM »

I smoked a couple small pork tenderloins today.  I coated them with mustard then used a chipotle rub on one and Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon rub on the other.

Smoked at 225 for about 2 hours and pulled at 140 internal.

They turned out nice and juicy with good smoke flavor.

It looks great.  I think I see a light smoke ring, too.
