I was looking for a front shelf for my older Texas, and stumbled upon this.

Anyone try it yet?  After paying for shipping, I am still looking at a 40% savings versus Smoke Daddy.  Description is minimal, but it doesn’t look like it folds.  Has anyone tried it?

Yes I had one and they don’t fold.  Wasn’t that impressed with it and ended up cutting the tabs off and made it into my second shelf inside the smoker.

 My friend has one and likes it..It makes the food easy to "slide" on and off as well as a place to put things..Downside,it interferes w/ the lid closure in that  it generates a gap at the bottom caused by the hangers .. For the price it may be worth try.

Looking a little closer, this is a product that Traeger used to sell (BAC223).  Decided to go for it.  There’s still room in the budget for the lower shelf, too!  Merry Christmas to me!!!
