  • Gotta hand it to Tappecue. Their Customer Service is First Class. I dropped mine at some point and the corner piece broke. I took a picture and sent it to them to see if by chance they had any pieces left laying around. The cases have changed since I bought mine years ago. They did and they are now on the way to me, no charge.  This is not the first time they have gone above board for me either. I purchased a used one and yes I agree it should be against the law to own two, but anyway I was having trouble getting it set up to my wifi and Gina gave me a step by step tutoring. Just sayin' Tappecue Customer Service is AWESOME!

  • Yes!  One of my favorite companies! 

    I am to do a Product Review of the Vr. 2 and I have had it for 3 months...So I am so swamped with Life, I should have waited to get it from Gina...I have to get it done!
