  • I have not made them in so long!  It was Booga2 from Smoke Fire & Food that inspired me...his make mine look like dog food!

  • Bently after looking at your post on biscuits, I thought your scotch eggs and biscuits may be a way to serve breakfast out camping. I’m going to try both before spring. Will cook both in GMG thanks for the inspiration. Keep smokin Dan

  • Don't screw the pooch on the eggs like me, 3-4 minutes (not 15) in boiling water is about it!

  •  OK I’ve made some scotch eggs. One thing that I did find wax paper works better than parchment paper for rolling out the pork.
