Hello from Idaho

i guess my name gives away where I'm from!  We are using a Traeger and a Weber (sometimes.)  I did my first spatchcocked turkey for Thanksgiving and it turned out great!  I haven't braved a brisket yet, that is my goal!  Looking forward to seeing what you all create  :)

Lived in Spokane for quite a few years 79-92 out in the valley.   Now live just outside Vancouver in the Cascades.
