Off Taste in Pizza

 When doing any high temp cooks such as pizza, make sure a clean-up and burn off is done prior to the cook. Failing to do so could very well impart a less than desirable taste. ;)

You all quit cookin that Vile fish on your pits and you would not have these issues...

Actually I had the reverse effect when I grilled pan fish on the grill.  Could taste remnants of a rib cook.
