I do all the smoking. My wife does help with the prep and cleanup.
She is also good at bringing a beer when I need one.

Same scenario here although she is happy to help while cooking if I get sidetracked.

I am the chief cook and bottle washer.  Always have been

My wife barely eats meat, she'd be lost just trying to start the smoker or grill. 

I do most of the prep and the getting the meat on the cooker.  For longer cooks that require spritzing, my wife has jumped in and helped with the task.  I am always the one getting the meat off the pit and either slicing, chopping, pulling or presenting.  My wife and son are pretty good with the gasser for high heat grilling though.
