Artisan Bread

Saddleman:
This bread I made camping.

3 cups lukewarm water
11/2 Tbl active dry yeast
11/2 Tbl coarse salt
61/2 cups all purpose flour ( or a combination of white and whole wheat flour )
 Crank up your stove the 450° and put a small pan of water with the bread. It runs about 30 to 35 minutes.
