Larry Hill's Friday Night Burger

I used fresh brisket burgers from Meijer. Might have to make more this weekend.

Larry's were always in a blue bag and CAB, Trooper brought these I think to the SOTW Competition and they were as good as any pattie Larry ever used.

I was very fortunate to have met Larry at the 2010 Royal and enjoy these burgers for the first time. They were awesome! Then again at the 2012 & 2015 Royal.
Larry knew his barbecue, especially being a master of brisket. He is missed.

I have some burgers I made up from ground chuck in the freezer, just looked I can find the Soy Vay sauce and the Lawrys, not sure I have ever seen Tilamook cheese around here. Buy this would be something to give a try. Of course others would need mayo and what not on theirs.
I can eat a burger with just about anything on or off Pickles, Onions, and yellow mustard is my favorite way though.
