  • I can't take credit for figuring this out... but a person on a formally widely used pellet grill forum has posted some information to add on features to Firefox and to Chrome browsers... that reportedly allow you to see photos that had previously been broken.

I tried it myself with the Firefox add on, and it seems to work...    at least as long as photos or the links haven't been removed...

The firefox add on can be found at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-fix/

I haven't tried it on Chrome yet.

Special thanks to a guy known as 10witha2 , who posted these elsewhere.

  • I guess if you are willing to switch browsers it will help.  It will not help with any of the Performance Tests or Product reviews I did on Pelletheads, as those photos are gone.

yeah, it doesn't solve all problems...

  • Got disgusted with photobucket and purged account of all pictures, deleted account, then had to unsubscribe from email to shut them up...

This is a great workaround to view ‘non premium’ photobucket content..

Thank you for the tip..

  • OK, I'm technically challenged! What's the easiest way to post pictures from an Iphone SE?

  • I installed the photobucket fix thing on my computer which uses Google Chrome. After a couple weeks my computer did an automatic update and the "fix" really slowed Google Chrome down, almost to a stand still. I think the update somehow blocked the fix from doing its thing. It lasted long enough for me to get all of the threads off of PH before I uninstalled it.
