Performance Testing
« on: January 16, 2018, 11:57:02 AM »

We may have 2 in the works.  I don't want to mention the one Manufacture till I get a confirmation that it is a go, no reason to put pressure on folks.  If it is, we will start on it when I get back from California in Feb.

A definite is another unit from Camp Chef.  I believe Travis said it was a unit that had a direct sear option, more on that after the above is determined.

Just a message to keep you all in the loop!

Hope the cold weather won't be a deterrent.

I always enjoy the reviews on performance testing.

Thanks Bentley.  Never know when the next performance test might become a new cooking tool in the arsenal.  Looking forward to seeing the testing.
