seasoned up with Oak Ridge BBQ Carne Crosta Steak Rub

cooking away on the GrateGriddle

off and resting, but not for long

looks good to me

Just like the old pan fried steak.  Sizzles in it's own juices.  Forgot how good that is.   :lick:
